You can search the knowledgebase by topic (i.e. AccuRIP, Separation Studio)<br /> an locate an Article or Articles that relate to your question or issue.<br />Click on the Article(s) to read.<br /><br /> 2. You can search using the provided “Key Word Search” field.<br />Type in the blank field any on-screen message, specific error code,<br /> or descriptive word or phrase.<br /> <br /> The Knowledgebase filter will provide you with one or more articles that match.

ACC-0500 • AccuRIP Transfer Activation Failed Error (Windows)

TOPIC:

When trying to TRANSFER your AccuRIP Serial Number (Windows) you get a Transfer Activation Failed message.

Resolve:

Windows user account control (UAC) is preventing a proper transfer. Download from the link provided the latest AccuRIP Installer. Run the Installer and Install to UPDATE, restart your computer and do the TRANSFER again. If trouble continues contact Freehand Graphics.
